Happy Father's Day Swim Dads!

Here is some helpful information for our 2nd away meet tomorow vs. Providence Downs South. 

Remember to contact Coach Alyssa and Jen Ruiz if your child becomes sick and cannot make the meet! We do not have practice Monday.

LOCATION: 1203 Venetian Way, Waxhaw, NC 28173

ARRIVAL: Please do not arrive before 5:00pm. The Venetian Way gate will be set to open promptly at 5:00pm. Arriving earlier causes traffic issues since the gates do not open without a code. Only the Venetian Way gated entrance will be open at 5:00pm. You must enter through this gate.

Parking is very limited so plan to carpool if possible.

If parking on the street, please do not block driveways if parking lots are full.

POOL INFO: PDS is a 25 yard pool. Visiting parents sit on the right side of the clubhouse closest to the fitness center.

A bridge connects the swimmers and coaches to their private Clerk of Course.

Bathrooms are located across the pool at the starting block end of the pool.

A full concession stand will be offered. We encourage our families to purchase dinner at visiting pools to support your fundraising efforts and we hope you will do the same for ours! We have hamburgers, Chic-fil-A, pizza, candy, drinks, sno-cones, etc.

Heats will be combined when possible. 

WHAT TO BRING: Please bring chairs. Some pool chairs available. Dress is your team suit or blue/black suit, team swim cap and team t-shirt. 

VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers please check in with Ashley Maryanski upon arrival. There  will be a timer and stroke and turn meeting in the clubhouse at 5:45pm. An announcement will be made.

Please NO glass and per GCSL, NO alcohol allowed. 

We will send out heet sheets tonight/tomorrow morning. As usual, you can check events in the Swimtopia app but remember events and relays are subject to change.  Please write your child's last name on the upper right shoulder/back and the events/heats/lanes/stroke as shown here.
