Hi Parents, 

We've had a great first week of practice and look forward to seeing your swimmers today and tomorrow. We will not have practice on Memorial Day Monday, but resume on Tuesday, May 31.

Next Thursday, June 2, are photos AND time trials. (No practice). I will hand out photo brochures next Tuesday if you choose to place an order. 

INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS: If you'd like individual photos made of your swimmer, please arrive by 5:00.

TEAM PHOTO: ALL SWIMMERS SHOULD ARRIVE BY 5:30 FOR OUR TEAM PHOTO.

PLEASE make sure your child is wearing your team suit or black/blue swim suit and be ON TIME. It takes a while to get the swimmers lined up, so being timely will really help us out. 

Time trials are conducted to get baseline times for all swimmers ages 7+ up. We also call time trials a "mock swim meet." It's a condensed intra-squad meet, without free/medley relays and IM (individual medley).

TIME TRIALS - START AT 6:00 PM. 

1. DECLARE YOUR SWIMMER(S) - WE NEED ALL PARENTS TO DECLARE ATTENDING/NOT ATTENDING TIME TRIALS BY TOMORROW, FRIDAY MAY 27!!! (6 and under swimmers do not need to sign up for time trials!)
2. SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER - We need volunteers for this meet. (Starters & Timers only).

The snack bar will be open but we will not have any food vendors for time trials so we suggest packing a dinner or heavy, healthy snacks. We hope to be finished by 8:00.
