Parents,

Attached is the heat sheet for our virtual meet tomorrow vs. Bridgehampton. Pages 1 - 9 is Mountainbrook and 10 - 16 is Bridgehampton.

You may want to print the heat sheet and bring it to the meet. We will have a limited number of heat sheets available for $1.00 at the concession stand if anyone forgets to print.

We will not have practice tomorrow! Please keep swimmers away from the sun and the pool on meet days. The sun can really drain them and they may not perform as well at meets.

*Swimmers should report to the pool no later than 5:15. Warm-ups will run from 5:15-5:45 and the meet will start promptly at 6:00.

*Don't forget: team suit or black/blue suit, goggles, swim cap, sweatshirt, towel, chairs and money. 

***NO GLASS PLEASE*** We have recently had a problem with members bringing glass to the pool. Broken glass could be detrimental to humans and to our pool. We would have to close and drain the entire pool. It's a huge safety issue and costly, preventable loss.

*Volunteers should report to Ashley Maryanski by 5:30 pm sign in, confirm job responsibilities and get equipment. Ashley will have a table set up near the snack bar. There will be a timers and stroke judge meeting by the water fountain at 5:50 pm. 

*Swimmers should report to the designated "bull pen" area. Look for the labeled areas (age/gender) on the splash pad/diving board side of the pool. Coaches and volunteers will be assisting swimmers with getting to their events on time during the meet.

*Parents/spectators should sit on the entry/park side of the pool.

                        MAKEUP SWIM MEET

We apologize for the delay in rescheduling our meet from Monday night. Providence Downs South had restrictions from their HOA and options were limited.  Soooo.....Springfield CC has invited us to swim with them - and PDS - in person!

Yes, this will be an IN - PERSON "TRI-MEET" at Springfield (420 Horton Grove Rd, Fort Mill, SC) on Monday, June 21. The meet will consist of 3 teams: Springfield, PDS and Mountainbrook. (You thought things were strange this past year, why not right???) Springfield is a part of GCSL but they are in Division 1. It will be tough but Alyssa and I thought this would be a great opportunity and competition for our team!!! The kids have really wanted an in person meet so this is their opportunity to shine! Springfield has a huge deck - lots of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable! The website has been updated so you can declare your child as attending/not attending.

Details to come but there will a catering fee per person/family.

Due to the shortened season, we will not have "awards," but will give out medals to all swimmers!
